What type of person we are looking for-

You need to be professional enthusiastic and passionate in your job when dealing under pressure at all times.

You need to be a flexible problem-solver and enjoy adapting to new situations and environments. 

You need to go the extra mile and don't mind going out atleast one to two full days a week canvassing for the full day giving buisness cards to buisnesses and sharing information about Debt Recovery Enterprise to bring the jobs to the company. Yes we allow our staff to have a choice either to work from our office or work from home as you are allowed to be flexible but we need to also see goals.

You need to be open-minded and not think that you know it all, but be willing to learn new skills especially from experienced debt collectors that has been in our team for many years.

You need to put your expirence into practice in your day-to-day work we are not looking for lazy people but people who actually love there job and want to achieve there targets to better themselfs .

Duties you will be doing as a qualified debt collector on a typical week.

Visiting debtor's properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts.

Setting up payments including payment plans with debtors but being in contact first with management at the office.

Making enquiries with the neighbours regarding the debtors ie if they have moved or left a property also doing investigations on debtors movements with the staff to find the debtors we are looking for.

Reporting back to the office about your visit, along with any necessary paperwork.

Liaising with staff regarding active cases.

Working by yourself, often in different geographical areas each day.

Handling cash payments – where required and bringing it safely back to the office or to the bank.

We do hire alot of males and also females from time to time. Without sounding stereotypical we are looking for tough and strong people but polite in manner who is firm but fare and knows how to conduct them self's around all situations and remain confident when dealing with conflict management.

All work is comission based with set targets required by the company with the potential of earning over £50,000 per annum.
